E-Discovery AnalystiDiscovery Solutions, Inc. (iDS) is an E-Discovery and Enterprise Security consulting company located on the waterfront of Georgetown in Washington, DC. The organization works closely with corporations and law firms on electronic data processing, hosting and collection, forensic analysis, E-Discovery Consulting and data security.Currently iDS is searching for an E-Discovery Analyst. This position is responsible for preparing, organizing, and configuring electronic data (emails, documents, phone recordings, social media posts) to be processed for Electronic Discovery. Analysts will utilize E-Discovery software including LAW and Equivio for data processing, Relativity for Load File Creation and other legal industry tools (Summation, Concordance). Other responsibilities include: · Metadata and Text Extraction, deduplication, deNISTing, and application of search terms · TIFF/PDF Conversion · Exception Handling · Quality Control The ideal candidate will have strong math and/or technology skills, be detail oriented, understand the importance of confidentiality, have the ability to work as part of a team and have an interest in the litigation process? In addition, qualified applicants will have their four year degree and at least 1 year of professional experience working in the litigation support, legal assistant or data processing fields. The ability to focus in a fast paced environment and pay close attention to details while managing large amounts of data is essenial. Applicants should also have a working knowledge of SQL querying and exposure to any of the following systems is a plus: LAW, IPRO, Relativity, Concordance and Summation.
