The presentation, part of ILTA’s organization management track, will be on Monday, August 22 at 1:00 p.m. in the Delta Ballroom B. Regard will participate in a panel discussion with other industry and law firm experts. The panelists will cover common and uncommon methods for achieving cost control in litigation support, including proportionality targeted collection and preservation, off-shoring and searching/filtering/analytics. Regard is a nationally recognized electronic evidence and case management expert with 20 years of experience in consulting to legal and corporate entities.
