The book is published by the American Bar Association and is available for purchase. Regard co-wrote chapter seven, “The Discovery of Structured Data”, with David Kessler, a partner in the New York office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. The book is a 760+-page resource for attorneys, legal assistants, IT professionals and business executives with all levels of e-Discovery experience.
