The e-Discovery course on December 6th at the University of Pennsylvania Law School will consist of a panel of experts from law firms, corporations, the bench and government and will be presented to a class of students currently enrolled at the school. The panel will talk broadly about e-Discovery, the important issues in e-Discovery today, how it is changing litigation and the justice system, and why the panelists are involved in it. This is a recap of the e-Discovery course taught by David Kessler, the co-head of the e-Discovery and Information Governance Practice of Fulbright & Jaworski LLP.

At the Federal Practice Seminar in Iowa on December 9th, Regard's session is entitled, "Use of Social Media Evidence and Computer Forensics."
